Once you have received a confirmation letter from us, confirming that we have received your deposit payment, it means that the tour is guaranteed to run and your place on the tour is confirmed. It does, sometimes, happen that a tour has to be cancelled after we have confirmed it. This does not often happen but when it does, it's usually because of circumstances outside of our control. In these cases we will refund the full payment that you've made or you can change to another date.
The rain in Bangkok is not continuous. It will pour down heavily for a while - 10 to 20 minutes and then stop. Also the rain is very localised. So, it might be raining in your area but not along our tour route. If it's raining at the start of the tour, we'll wait at the shop until it stops. Should it start raining while we on on the tour, we'll find shelter to wait until it stops, and then continue afterwards. We also provide raincoats for everyone. So even if it rains on the day of the tour, please still come to the shop. The tour will not be cancelled. Once the rain stops, the tour will get underway, everyone has a good time and leaves with great memories and photos.
If a tour is cancelled by us, we will always try to notify you well in advance
